1. |HELLO| We are so excited to help you with your upcoming event! Please just shoot us an email at oliveandfigcreative@gmail.com and let us know who you are and how we can help you.
2. |CHAT| First we can discuss a timeline with you, to ensure it's on your doorstep by your special day. Next, we can talk on the phone or over email to discuss the details of what you are wanting. Whether it be a specific style, coloring, or lettering we will work with you to achieve whatever it is that you are wishing for.
3. |CONTRACT+DEPOSIT| After our initial consultation we will send over an invoice and contract that details out everything we discussed. We then ask that you email or mail us this contract back along with a specified deposit. After returning the contract, you will then email us all of your names and/or addresses whether it be in an Excel or Word Document.
4. |SAMPLE| Once we receive the deposit and contract we will mail you a "sample" invitation to make sure you are happy with the style and coloration of your envelopes. Upon your approval, we will move forward by giving you an official day your product will be done by.
5. |SEALED & DELIVERED| When we finish, we will mail them USPS Priority Mail to your specified address; however, if you live close by we can work out a pickup time!
6. |THE END| Thank you for your business and we hope we were able to add a small detail to your birthday party, wedding, shower, etc.! Cheers to you!

With the nature of our products being creative and tailored to each person our pricing below is simply an estimate to help you get started. Please reach out to us with any questions and we are happy to get you a custom invoice!

|PLEASE NOTE| These prices do not include envelopes. You can supply your own envelopes or we can help you purchase them and we simply add an extra $30 to the total of the envelopes that are ordered.
